Ingredients:
- Near East 100% Natural Basil & Herb Pearled Couscous
- 1 1/2 cup of clover sprouts
- 1/2 cup of green pepper
- fresh cilantro
- cumin
- black pepper
- feta
Cook pearled couscous as directed on package. Place 1 1/2 cup of clover sprouts into a bowl, or enough to cover the bottom. Add 1/2 cup of diced green pepper and diced fresh cilantro. Sprinkle as much feta as you want, because everything is betta with feta. Add warm couscous over-top the sprout salad and use cumin and black pepper to taste. Serves 1.
